Basic coaching provides no frills, straight forward endurance coaching at it's best. If you're able to follow instructions and don't require a high level of attention,  this package is all you need. 

Proactive feedback on your part initiates the conversation with Coach and adds tremendous value to your training. Weekly Track Attack sessions are also great place to sneak in 5 mins of face time with Coach.
